We are finally headed to print and we are looking for creatives in visual art, design, poetry, art and music biographies and will have some surprise guest interviews in this next print edition vol.1 of creative roots magazine. So far our writers have written over 200 articles + for inspiring talent all over the world. Our writers believe that providing a platform for emerging, mainstream and upcoming talent is an essential role of arts and entertainment lifestyle magazines, and it’s been our privilege to work with talent from in all stages of their career.

Showcasing your creative work
Are you an visual artist, graphic designer, poet, or musician? We feature work from both established and emerging professionals.
Submit your work by emailing artafterdarkchicago@gmail.com with the following:
State the creative category in which you'd like to be featured: Music, Art & Culture, Sculpture, Entrepreneur, Digital, Fashion, Film, Gaming, Graphic Design, Illustration, Photography, Poetry or Activism.
Your full name, location and bio
A link to your website or online portfolio
A description of the work you'd like us to feature (or a press release, if possible)
At least six JPEGs or PNGs of your work; minimum 2,600 pixels wide and RGB format for screens (please note, we don't like white backgrounds or borders – if you're sending product or lifestyle shots, please supply images with grey or coloured backgrounds)
Please note, for moving imagery, we accept GIFs (minimum 1,000 pixels wide; no more than 10MB) and MP4s. If necessary, include a link to any accompanying video on YouTube or Vimeo.
Help us out a little further by telling us more about you, where you studied (if anywhere), your style and inspirations, what you're passionate about – the more information you provide, the better.
